Celine Decorations and Catering Services was set up by Deogratius Lewis with his wife, Celine  Deogratius, the Tanzanians family who passionately – believe that a quality of decorations & catering products and services  could be a powerful tool to enable them to work their way out of poverty within their family.

In hub of general business in Dar Es Salaam, was the chosen at the location despite neither of them having previously been, simply because of its fantastic hospitality services potential alongside rapidly development lake zone regions, the place they believe they could have a maximum impact of their experience and skills to bring most benefit to their communities.

Their dreams started in Arusha city in 2006, after four years studying and researched in tourism and hospitality business, when their responsible to question “would you like to work together to release this dream was a resounding? Yes, when can we start? Now, the dream really has been realized, although there is still plenty of work to be done but eventful to say at least “yes we can”
